Summary: I purchased this PS2 on Amazon from a third party seller. The console was listed as Used- Very Good Condition. Seller stated that console had been tested, played discs perfectly and would be shipped in its original packaging. After receiving my console, I inspected the contents (everything was there) put it aside and forgot about it. Well, that was a mistake!
Summary: I tried playing 2 brand new games and when I got them started...The playstation made this weird noise and scratched my discs to the point where I can't even play them. I'm very upset with this product.
Summary: At first, like most, i thought this was the most wonderful thing since sliced bread. Then after VERY minimal use, and under 6 months time, i got that wonderful "DISC READ ERROR." After reading a ton on the forums, calling sony, talking to other places that sell them, this is very common for this console. Sony wants $45 (plus s/h) to mail your console in to repair it.
