Summary: My kids play together, they get along playing with it, and there's no need for sharing or taking turns.
Pros: Finally, a Nintendo console that can do 1080p! I tried playing my Skyward Sword (when the kids aren't using it, which is rare :P) and it finally looks good on a 1080p TV; seeing as the original Wii was only able to do 480p/720p (?). Having a 4 player co-op game like New Mario Bros. was a great idea; and the knowledge of being able to use Wiimotes to play 4 people and the Wii U tablet-controller adds a 5th player who can play the role of either helper or destroyer and ...
Cons: The Wii U hybrid tablet-controller seems bulky and there's a higher risk of damage if dropped as opposed to the smaller, sleeker Wiimotes, otherwise no complaints here!
Summary: The Wii U has been getting some very heavy criticisms as of late. A lot of gaming websites are all ready declaring it a failure and I don't really believe that's the case. Wii U has some offerings that are completely unique to it and that may or may not resurrect the system from its stale launch, but only the future will tell. The Wii U is the most economic "Next Gen" System.
Summary: I got this primarily so my teen daughter and I could spend time together playing video games. Of course, I grew up on NES and SNES, so I know the Nintendo brand well. However, as an adult, I've played primarily adult-themed games with Sony's PlayStation. Unfortunately, because of the mature nature of the games, I haven't been able to share that time with my daughter.
The Wii U is not a kiddy system and can compete with the rest!

Summary: My first review :) The Wii U is a great succesor to the Wii. The games are fantastic, while not super hardcore as PS4 and Xbox one, I personally find that I can play the top games on those systems (or near identical experiences) on the PS3 or Xbox360. The games on the Wii U, at least the exclusives deliver a unique gaming experience you cant find elsewhere.
Summary: i bought this system so the intire family could enjoy but they played it a few time then left it. they like the 3ds instead for some reason. i will look for deferent games. hopefully they will enjoy it more.
Summary: This set is an exceptional value. I had been holding out on the Wii U for a while, waiting for something like this to come up. After working a few 60 hour weeks, I paid for my PS4 and decided to upgrade the old lady's Wii to a Wii U. And? Wise decision. While I'm still not a fan of the massive Game Pad, the sheer amount of enjoyment you can get out of this package is incredible.
Summary: I got my Wii U few months ago and, the more I experience the more I love. my only regret is not getting the bigger hard drive. Though if you bought the 8 gig like I did you can upgrade to 32 gig with a SD card which are not hugely expensive. I enjoy playing on gamepad and not tying up the TV. I also like i can play a game in my bedroom instead of having to stay in my living room where the tv is.
A great gaming system, that is going through some growing pains.

Summary: The Deluxe edition of the system comes bundled with 32 GB of internal storage, the basic set only supports 8GB. The storage can be extended using an SD card or an external Hard Drive. In the box you have all the necessary cables such as HDMI, two power AC adapters, one for the console and one for the WIi U Game Pad, a Sensor bar which is the same tech as the Wii, a Wii U console stand so it can be stood up on it's side, a Wii U game pad charging cradle that can connect...
Pros: Pro Controller, comfort, exclusive franchises, dual screen
Cons: Default storage size, software, online features
