Summary: I think I want to return this. When I got it, the bottom screen was blacked out and not working. Not only that, they sent it to the wrong address. I just got it this morning. This was really annoying.
Summary: The first day I received my 3ds is didn't work. It crashed constantly and wouldn't read any games. I soon found out it was a 3ds from a different country and I couldn't play any US games on it whatsoever.
Summary: I received a gray market system! What this means is I cannot register this product in the US and cannot use games and features in the US per what was told by Nintendo representative when I tried to register. I need to exchange this for a US system.
Summary: No where on the advertisement for this product did it mention that this was the Japanese version of the 3DS. Sure I could have done some research, but i wanted a white 3DS, and found one! So thanks for the awesome first hand look at something I want but cannot possibly use.
Summary: I was so excited to get this. As a broke college student, I do not have money to throw around. Therefore, I was extremely angry upon receiving my Aqua Blue 3DS. I had received a device with a serial code that started with 'CB', meaning it was a Brazilian 3DS. Therefore, it would not charge nor play games in the US (the US code starts with 'CW'). I had also received a US Adapter, instead of a foreign adapter.
I was sent a NON-USA system and needed to return it. BEWARE WHEN ORDERING ON AMAZON

Summary: This review is not about the 3DS itself - I have not yet had the chance to experience its full glory - but rather about the process of ordering it on Amazon. I received my 3DS today (in Flame Red, which is a great color btw - not as pink as the photos make it look) and it is not a USA system! This means I cannot register it for Club Nintendo or even (according to customer support) play a large number of games produced for Nintendo USA.
