Summary: The Wii U Pro Controller is what Nintendo should have been selling as the "classic controller" last generation. It has a good layout, excellent control feel, and outstanding battery life. The biggest issue with it is the lack of games that support it.
Pros: Feels great in the hands, buttons are smooth, predictable, and reliable; excellent battery life.
Cons: Embarrassingly limited game support. Does NOT work with Wii games, only Wii U games.
Summary: Got it on sale for $34.99 going to enjoy lots of monster hunter with this.
Pros: Great design, feels comfortable, different from a PS3 or 360 controller, feels like a happy inbetween in terms of positioning, gets a bit weird hitting the buttons due to placement but it's easy to overcome. Feels greatly designed in comparison to a 360 controller.
Summary: I didn't realize it was an attachment to the bottom of a Wiimote and not a separate controller. Had I realized that, I would have gotten one a second Wiimote instead, as there aren't as many games to use the classic controller as I had first hoped.
Pros: Let's me play all me old SNES games, and certain Wii games with no problem. I like the black, too.
Cons: Left joystick seems to get stuck near the bottom from time to time. This makes everything continue moving downwards. It comes and goes though. This would be why it gets 4 eggs instead of 5.
Excerpt: The "Wii Classic Controller" is definitely the right choice when playing the Wii (or WiiU) is is slender and easy to grip making it (in my opinion) better that playing with the WiiU Game pad or Wii Remote/Nun-chuck.
Pros: Easy to play certain games . Comfortable . Great alternative to the Wii Remote/Nunchuck
Cons: Analogs aren't as comfortable as other popular controllers (Xbox 360) . Limited range of colors .
A must-buy for Virtual Console fans, but a great alternative controller for current games too.

Excerpt: The Wii's controller is pretty good for the motion-heavy games in the console's library. However, the Wiimote's position of buttons make it awkward to play games the "old-fashioned way", especially if, like myself, you're looking to buy retro games off the Virtual Console and more buttons and a...
