  • Pros: It was free with my purchase of the Wii.
  • Cons: In order to have them charge, you have to have the Wii turned on which is a downside. Also, the light indicator doesn't tell you when it is full charged it just stays red all the time.

Review for wii, this item and shipping.

Travis H., Newegg

  • Summary: I forgot about Neweggs reputation for poor packaging when I ordered my Wii. I would recommend Newegg for small low dollar items, however for expensive electronics with any weight to them at all, I would not recommend. Newegg, you need to put more packaging materials in your boxes!!!
  • Pros: Have not opened yet, but appears to be a nice charger.
  • Cons: I am unable to write my review about the wii that I bought from newegg. So this item was packaged with the wii, and I will write the review here. Newegg has had a bad reputation for poor packaging materials in shipments, for years and years. Well my Wii arrived. The oem wii box was inside a neweg...

Great Value

  • Pros: I'm a new Wii'er and a charger was recommended by a friend. This is a great value. I charge my remotes on my computer, and it's compact size doesn't clutter up my computer area.
  • Cons: A dual charger would mean less cords. Or a retractable cord would be great

  • Summary: If I could remember properly, it took almost 4 hours for fully charge battery; I'm not against it, just letting you guys know.
  • Pros: One noticeable pros is the price; it's very cheap. It's cheap, yet a very worthy product. I've had mine for 3 weeks now, and it has only been charged once (debatable b/c I only played an hour or two a day).
  • Cons: It didn't come with an instruction; however, it was very common sense in terms of setting it up. This common sense - Red means it's charging while green means it's ready to be plugged and play. At the moment, there's no BIG cons that I have encountered

  • Summary: I was worried the USB port wouldn't be powered when the Wii was in standby since I have these plugged into the Wii's USB port, but that turned out to not be the case. In other words, these charge with the Wii on or in standby.
  • Pros: Plugs right next to the Wii, and they color matched the base to the Wii. You can charge with the nunchuck attached. Li batteries should outlast NiMH batteries.
  • Cons: Not really a con considering the price, but you have to buy one for each controller. You also can only plug two into your Wii unless you add more USB ports.

  • Summary: Good product, does what it should which is saving you money on batteries.
  • Pros: It works great, my son plays his game almost everyday and he only ask me to charge it for him like once in a week.
  • Cons: wish they sold a twin pack instead of single..

Nice if it had directions

Jeffrey W., Newegg

  • Summary: Shipped too fast! Ordered it Wednesday night, arrived Friday afternoon! Thanks Newegg!!!!!
  • Pros: It works.
  • Cons: Would have been nice if it came with directions! Don't get me wrong, its not rocket science, but there should at least be battery charging directions. ie: Before first use charge batteries until GREEN LED shows.
