Summary: worked great, make sure and adjust the settings (under xbox preferences) and it does display in HD if you have an HD monitor. The sound also works, bought an adapter with it to plug directly into the Aux port of my speakers and it plays fine.
Pinout is terrible, broke three months after purchase.

Summary: The cable was working great for me, no ghosting and no color fading, but about two months after I bought this cable, the pin for the red color bent slightly and made it difficult for me to plug into my monitor. After another two weeks or so, the pin broke off completely. It's terrible quality for the price of the product.
Summary: I don't have a nice LCD or Plasma TV and I was going to buy one but I heard you could use your computer monitor screen for your Xbox 360I I bought this cable and it definitely works! You just have to buy an RCA audio adapter with the female plugin to have sound for your speakers.
Summary: Great for playing XBOX on a computer display. I have used it to play a second XBOX in the house and with projectors. No issues, just make sure you change your output to match the target display since some displays don't identify themselves properly.
Summary: It arrived a day early which was great. The product was very well packaged and it works great i really recommend this to anybody. Last thing is there is no ghosting at all so if somebody says there is they are crazy.
Summary: I ordered this cable not once, but twice! And both times they sent me the wrong damn one!!! Try sent me some sort of Xbox cable that had a S video and RCA combo.... NOT the vga..... Waste of time. Sont buy it., at least from direct distributer. I'll be sending it back AGAIN tomorrow.

Summary: I have an old Xbox 360... I wanted to try out VGA on a monitor for minimal response time while gaming, but I also wanted to utilize Dolby Digital 5.1. With the older model cable, pictured and described to be what I ordered on this page: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000B6MLTG/ref=cm_cr_rev_prod_title ...I could use the Toslink Optical SPDIF cable for that, but I instead received the newer model...
