Controls feel very much like the real thing - Great for new or student pilots
22 July 2015
Summary: Helpful addition for new pilots to learning basics of throttle & mixture for fixed prop Cessna's like the 152/172. Also having the blue prop control is great for learning the essentials of variable pitch props like the Cessna 182. Controls feel very much like the real thing.
Summary: I bought this to better replicate the light aircraft I fly. So far I have about 15 hours with it and I cannot live without it. It does NOT have the twist Vernier control or adjustable friction, but for the proce, it's the best push-pull controller on the market.
Summary: The throttle, prop, and mixture axis' doesn't match up with the full range of motion in Microsoft FSX - no matter how many times or ways you calibrate it. That's frustrating, plus the types of toggles used you have to toggle one way to activate or execute an action, then toggle off and back on to...
Summary: The Saitek PRO Flight TPM system provides a decent simulation of Throttle, Prop, Mixture controls in a plane that has TPM. The pull controls have a nice feel to them with just enough friction, they hold in place without you having to worry about accidentally hitting them and changing your settings.

Summary: The push/pull controls work great, the toggle switches work fine with X-Plane10 but do not work for FSX S/E. Spent over 10 emails back n forth with Saiteck support on this and never got a resolution. Don't expect to be able to use the toggles with FSX.
Summary: Works really well, has nice feel in the mechanism - it would be nice if there was a fine adjust by turning the fuel mixture as on a real aircraft but in this price range, this more than meets the need.
