Summary: I was skeptical but it does rock. Light, portable, but stable tripod base and strong centering springs. It performs flawlessly in game. I have had the remove the battery once to get it into action, but 95% of the time it turns on with just a button press. very satisfied!
Summary: Only quibble I have is that I sometimes have to remove and reinstall the battery inorder for it to work. I'd like a battery switch along with the reset switch. Also, I can't figure out how to autoload a profile. I have to do it manually every reboot.
Summary: I love wireless but this thing eats up batteries if youre not careful about how you leave it after playing. If the throttle is up at all, the joystick keeps eating up the battery. Personally I use rechargables(I would recomend using rechargables if you want to use this joystick a lot).
Summary: I bought this joystick a couple of days ago, and as soon as I got it, I set it up and was playing in about 10 minutes. I am always impressed with saitek's products, and it was no dirrerent this time. Works well a good distance away from the reciever, which is smaller than most jumpdrives.
Summary: I bought this joystick to replace my Saitek x45 Digital Flight Stick when I realized at a LAN party that the cords were way to long and messy on the x45. So I decided to go wireless, wireless keyboard and mouse. But I had problems finding a good wireless joystick...until I found this one.
