Remote is Good

Highly Favored, Amazon
4 February 2014
  • Summary: The remote works great. The sync button is hidden behind the battery cover though. On the newer remotes, you can access the sync button through the battery cover. My children have not tried the game yet.

great deal!

Brian Bair "Brian", Amazon
27 February 2013
  • Summary: This was a great deal - bought this item for less than the remote alone costs. However, please be aware that this version of the Wii mote is not the newest. It does not have the outer "sync" button...you have to take the sleeve off, and open the controller to get to the "sync" button inside. But, still, very happy to have another remote with motion plus built in.

only bought it for the remote

Tribefan43, Amazon
25 January 2013
  • Summary: i never even played this game, although my girlfriend did and she seemed to like it. getting the bundled wii remote with motion plus is what attracted me to this bundle. the game was on sale for less than the cost of a new remote, so it was a nobrainer. snag it if you can find it at the right price.

Product was fine

  • Summary: Shipping was a disaster, it circled the country twice before I ever received it. This is not the companies fault but it is fed ex's fault.

Eh...

Uriel, Amazon
13 January 2013
  • Summary: For the price it's okay, I guess. But Nintendo is really gouging the consumer with the WR+ cost. I found that the Memorex WR+ works just as well, with nicer buttons and even lighting on it. I only got this because it was cheaper than purchasing a stand-alone WR+, and Flingsmash is an okay game, but really not worth mentioning as I've seen it. If you can, go for the Memorex if it's cheaper than this one.

Got it for the controller

David Curry, Amazon
3 December 2012
  • Summary: When a game plus controller is less than the controller by itself, you really only have one option when buying a new controller... Get the one with the game. Controller works great. Game is ok, but did not spend a lot of time with it.

Wii Remotes!

  • Excerpt: The wii remotes I have work perfectly fine. They are good remotes. Although they take batteries, they do last a while which is a good quality. In my opinion, they may be better than hand held controllers.

This adds protection to the remote, but can frustrate as well.

  • Excerpt: The Wii Remote plus is a very good addition to the remote. It adds on a grip and allows the user to wear the strap to prevent easily sweaty hands from making the remote skip out of the hands, but although it does help the remote, it can be sort of a pain to have to keep on taking off the Wii Remote plus jacket to recharge the remote.
