resets controller when plugged or unplugged

Summary: Unfortunately, every time you plug in or disconnect the keyboard from your controller, your controller will reset it's connection to the console. Also, its kind of difficult to snap in and out of the controller for some folks.
Bit quiet, but works great (especially for the price)

Summary: I love the chat pad. It makes surfing the features and searching for videos on Netflix, Hulu, and similar a breeze. Also, you can respond quickly to chat messages and such. Headset is fine, comfortable enough, but it's a bit quiet... especially when you're in a fighter jet in hot pursuit of a guy on a moped scaling the countryside, bullets blazing, engines roaring in GTA - on your surround sound, of course.
Summary: I waited about a year to get one of these and now I don't know how I lived without it! The biggest benefit is that this make it SO MUCH easier to enter various information into the fillable forms on the Xbox and various on-line forms. In fact, it's pretty much required if you want to chat with your friends while playing games, otherwise, it would take forever using the on-screen keyboard.
Summary: So this has a headphone thing... I don't use it. It's nothing against it, I just don't need it. Let's talk chatpad. Funny thing about the chatpad is... once you click it in right, it works. No... with EVERYTHING Xbox. Perfect example, Gamestop gave me a code when I preordered Marvel Lego superheros. I typed it in using the chatpad and it worked... FIRST TIME! I never got first time before with the joystick and the "a" button. You wanna make online chatting easier?
Summary: I purchased mine at a local store. The keys light up and is better than having a keyboard hooked up to your console. This is the third one that I bought because I would buy one and take it to GameStop. But this time I'm keeping it because GameStop takes people's money. You buy a $65 game and you take it to GameStop then they give like $5 for it and turn around and sell it for $40. So anyway every chatpad I bought the "R" button sometimes works and sometimes it don't.
