Summary: I bought this almost 3 years ago and it is still going strong. It feels like a real guitar and the keys and controls are all quite smooth. The keys are not silent, but they are very quiet. When I've taken this to a friends' to play GH or RB on his machine, everybody wanted to try it and wanted one of their own. I am delighted with this controller.
Summary: I've owned this guitar for about 2 years now and have yet to write a review on it. All I can say is that it still plays as good today as it did when i first took out of the box. I've also taken pretty good care of it since I've had it. I'm a huge Guitar Hero and Rock Band fan, and have been playing them for years. I've gone through about 6 or 7 guitars before this one. This is the last one I've ever had to buy. It's amazing!
Summary: I really like this controller. It is much better than the plastic ones. However, you need to know that Logitech does not support it with repairs or parts. This is a major disappointment from a company that I thought would be much better. My pick switch has been getting finicky and I have to be really careful how I use it. When it craps out completely I will problably have to try and find an electronics repair place to try to cobble together a repair.
Summary: If money is no object, and you're willing to ignore the ORANGE! color, this is simply the best guitar controller one could have the pleasure to use. (the tuning pegs even twist!) It feels like a slightly shorter version of a real electric guitar in the hands and the controls are spot on. Nothing clicks above a soft whisper, and the strum bar feels solid and responsive.
Summary: Seriously, if you've been beating your brains out, like I did, searching for the BEST aftermarket guitar to use for both Guitar Hero AND Rock Band, you can relax now, this is the one you want. One of the very few products in my adult life that I liked so much, I bought another one a few months after my first one. I intend to purchase one more to save for backup purposes.
Realistic Guitar. You'll feel like you've joined a rock band for real!

Summary: This guitar is really impressive. It's hard to believe the makers put so much effort into making a toy guitar that has the look and feel of a real guitar! It's not cheap wood and shoddily designed; it's well constructed, heavy, with real parts. The buttons are all easy to press, and the strum key easy to use (though I didn't think it was "virtually silent" by no means). Set up was a synch!
