Built to last... a very short time

Summary: Logitech had a great idea: make a full HOTAS (Hands Off Throttle And Stick) available to customers as an integrated package. But before this system went into production something went wrong -- the wrong person in corporate had a chance to see it. When they looked at it they saw a good product that they wanted to build for cheaper, and cheaper they got. Cheap didn't come in the appearance, but showed after just hours of use.
Summary: Not happy that there is no documentation on how to set up these control, ended up returning them and went with the Saitek Flight Pro which is a shame because Logitech makes good quality products.
Summary: The controls are horribly cheap feeling. The pedals also auto-return to center which is insanely annoying. If you've ever been in any helicopter, you know that this doesn't occur. Bleh. I would rather spend my money elsewhere than have this cheap set.
Summary: came with a factory defect and spent the 30 days of test at Amazon and Logitech contact me and ask me to validate the warranty sent Amazon an invoice in the box that contains a number of bar and as I have no box I can not claim my warranty, I feel ripped off on a technicality of both companies. Leonardo G.
Summary: 1. No tech support 2. Forget force Feedback it useless 3. Do not buy this HOTAS if you plan to use it with DCS Black Shark 4. Joystick centering mech has a 20% error 5. Stick very noisy. Sounds cheaply made 6. Not supported very well by other gaming companies. 7. Still waiting for a patch update for over a year. Need I same more...
Summary: I was really looking forward to using the new G940 and very excited about the features like a split throttle and force feedback. Sadly, after less than 1 month of very light use, the rudder and toe brake axes have near constant spiking, rendering the rudder pedals unusable. Logitech touted the contactless design of the pots but apparently they were only refering to the X & Y axes on the joystick.
Summary: I purchased the G940 new. Looks great out of the box. The included software is very difficult to use for programming buttons and hats, and the documention is marginal. Once up and running, the stick was buzzy when centered. It seems the FF motors are very noisy, and the stick base gets VERY WARM. After a few minutes, the FF failed completely, and the stick goes limp, making flight control almost impossible. I'm packing it up now for a refund.
