Summary: Poor after sales support: My letter I bought a Logitech G940 Flight System Force Feedback Joystick last July 29, 2014 and the package does not include a user's manual. Can u please furnish me one? An electronic copy will do in case you don't have a hard copy.
Summary: Logitech had a great idea: make a full HOTAS (Hands Off Throttle And Stick) available to customers as an integrated package. But before this system went into production something went wrong -- the wrong person in corporate had a chance to see it.
Summary: Not happy that there is no documentation on how to set up these control, ended up returning them and went with the Saitek Flight Pro which is a shame because Logitech makes good quality products.
Can not believe that they are still trying to sell this thing

Summary: I read the reviews here and determined it was user error. The error is on my end. This thing is junk. 99% of sims out there do not recognize it and no one is willing to fix it, neither logitech (they gave up on this thing in 2010) nor game coders can seem to fix it either.
Pros: If it worked might be able to come up with one to justify 1 egg.
Cons: No fixes to the listed community problems. Read the logitech forums carefuly to see if problems with the system applies to your sims.
Summary: Honestly I love Logitech Hardware. Though as far as software goes. They didn't put enough effort into this. Not only that they didn't think about compatability with the gaming industry. I give it one Egg because it just didn't perform to my expectations at all.
Pros: -Good for Microsoft Flight Sim X thats about it. -Plenty of programmable buttons.
Cons: -The software from Logitech is terrible. -The multi lighting on the throttle doesn't work for any of the games I've tried on it including FSX. -Most games only recognize the HOTAS as one, making it hard to bind keys. -The rudder peddals lose thier precision over time with use. Causes Sensitivity ...
Summary: This is a lot of money to invest in a product that has some pretty serious design flaws. If you are handy and enjoy challenges, this may not be too bad of an investment,if you want something that you can plug in the usb port and not worry about, I recommend looking at other products.
Pros: Nice force feedback joystick with good selection of buttons and hat switch/mini controller, rudder pedals are ok and have a special carpet holder strip that can be used for carpeted floors, dual throttle quadrant that can be used as one or as two independent throttle controls. Throttle quad has a...
Cons: There are unfortunately some hardware related issues pertaining to throttle ( spiking rotaries,R1,R2 wheels ). Turns out the wires are getting pinched and wear causing this and Logitech will not address it. They were good to work with and sent me two replacements both of which developed the same ...
Cons: Unit was essentially DOA. Input using the 8-point view button on the joystick resulted in violent corresponding force-feedback motion of the entire joystick. Newegg refuses to accept return as the item was identified at the time of order as not eligible for the usual return policy, bummer
Summary: I was really looking forward to using the new G940 and very excited about the features like a split throttle and force feedback. Sadly, after less than 1 month of very light use, the rudder and toe brake axes have near constant spiking, rendering the rudder pedals unusable.
Summary: I purchased the G940 new. Looks great out of the box. The included software is very difficult to use for programming buttons and hats, and the documention is marginal. Once up and running, the stick was buzzy when centered. It seems the FF motors are very noisy, and the stick base gets VERY WARM.
