Summary: Not bad but it could be allot better for the kind of money like use real materials to make it look like a real steering wheel like metal and rubber I mean all it really is, is plastic and be nice if this was wireless. But it is good in performance.
Summary: I checked out the fancy $500 racing chairs on line and decided I could make my own for a lot less. I bought the XL4 Big Boy Xlerator wheel stand to mount the Logitech Driving Force GT wheel. I used a adjustable office chair to lean the wheel stand on and this was OK, but I am 6'2" and the bar the wheel connected to rested on my legs, making using the pedals difficult and lifting the stand everytime I went from gas to brake.
Logitech Driving Force GT Wheel is definitely a must have!

Excerpt: The Logitech Driving Force GT Wheel really allows you to immerse yourself into a racing video game. I bought this one specifically for Gran Turismo 5 for the Playstation 3. Set up and installation was simple, and although the loading times of Gran Turismo 5 were lonnnngggg... the wheel ran smoothly with the game.
Excerpt: I generally like this product. Itis great because I do beileive that this make the game seem more realistic, and makes it feel that you're actualy behind the wheel of a car because you are infact using a sort of steering mechanism. The product is accurate in all of the racing games I have associated and used with this product.
Excerpt: This wheel has served me for over 5 years and is still running strong. I bought it originally for Gran Turismo 4 and it's still working perfectly through Gran Turismo 5. What's great is this also works for less realistic games, such as Need For Speed. Since it is capable with the full 900 degrees from lock to lock, like a normal car, it also has the ability to change it to 180 degrees lock to lock, for games that only support that, which makes it very versatile.
