Summary: I have had this "micro edge" whirlpool refrig for 3 years and it is plan junky. The plastic is so think that it splits and the shelves fall apart...can't even glue it. This manufacturer has fallen well below the level of decent and into the how stupid I was for buying it.
Summary: Purchased this fridge 13 months ago. Rust spots just started to appear. A technician came out and said the rust is occurring because the fridge is NOT actually stainless steel. Apparently Sears feels it's ok to advertise appliances as stainless steel when they aren't.
Summary: We wanted to change our appliances to stainless steel so we went to sears. Our salesperson was awesome. We love this French door refrigerator. There is lots of space and the ability to move and adjust shelves to fit tall items. The freezer is roomy as well.
Summary: I bought this refrigerator just recently. Everything seems to work fine other than it is bit louder than I'm used to. I did have a problem with the install though. The refrigerator came with 3 large door bins and only 2 small door bins (trivets).
Summary: 1-1/2 years old and the freezer and ice stopped working, compressor died. Now the fridge is turning off and back on every 10 minutes. If you have this refrigerator, buy the extended warranty. I'm finding a lot of people on blogs with the same problems. I will never buy whirlpool again.
Summary: I shopped around for months trying to find the right fridge for our family with out spending a ton of money! I finally decided on this one. I found it online and the sears in our town priced matched! It was ordered and delivered with in a week! I'm so happy with my fridge!
Summary: I love this refrigerator except for the stainless steel doors. It has lots of room for all your families needs. I love that you can open the freezer door and get fresh ice or you can use the dispenser.
