Summary: Bought this fridge and matching dishwasher less than two years ago. The veggie bins collect water, due to a drip from the back panel. Because it is outside the one year warranty, Samsung can't help.
Summary: We've had this fridge for about 6 months. I did excessive brands research online and in our Sears store. We've happily owned many Samsung products for years, but WHY DIDN'T I HEED CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE RACKET THIS THING MAKES??!

Summary: After having a Kenmore fro over 28 years with only one service call, we were skeptical of buying a SAMSUNG. However, our TV's are SAMSUNG, and we love them, so the SEARS rep. assured us that we were in for a good buy (floor display model) and a great experience.
Summary: I had the water pooling issue in the vegetable bins... was 2 weeks out of warrantee when I called samsung about it... they did eventually send someone out to fix the problem. Has not occurred since the repair.
Summary: Bought this fridge in July, by September the doors already had rust coming through. Mind you, this is a STAINLESS STEEL skin. I have had a cheap small fridge outside by the BBQ for 5 years and it never showed rust. Samsung basically said "tough luck".

Summary: We have had this fridge for 2 years. After 6 weeks the paint on the handles started scraping off with normal use. Thanks to the warranty, they replaced them. Then, once out of warranty, the handles started doing the same thing again and we started getting moisture in the bottom 2 drawers, followed...
Summary: this fridge is compact, stylish and wonderful. i like the buttons on top for control of temp and freezer. the compartments are easy to change height for whatever a family may need. it fits perfectly and is spacious inside. it is quiet and has icemaking capabilites.i am so happy with this product!
