Pros: None. My old one was working just fine, don't buy into the energy saving stuff, you don't see the difference in your electrical bill anyway.
Cons: Broken fan and de-icing twice in the first 2 years! The first time was a surprise, it was brand new. I had to throw away a week worth of groceries. The second time, same fan started making a loud noise and they charged $149 to de-ice.
"Only six months of ownership but very pleased so far."

Pros: Holds cold temperature well. Lots of interior space. Well designed layout inside fridge.
Cons: Most large appliances have much more technology in them than they used to. I've been burned before (LG dishwasher) so we took out 'Geek Squad' coverage from Best Buy when we bought it - just to be safe.
Most SPACIOUS 20 cu. ft. Small chef's kichen dream

Summary: LOVE IT. I've had other 20 cubic feet fridges but this is the most spacious by far. I love the design of the bottom freezer pull-out because it has different levels and you don't have to reach way in to find anything. I have a smaller kitchen but love to cook and entertain and this thing has made that so much easier.
Summary: Never ever buy a refrigerator without split shelves. If this refrigerator had that feature, it wouldn't help as there are only two possible alternate positions for the shelves. There is only one configuration if you want to put a half gallon of milk or juice in the main section. And after you do that, you can't use the feature that slides the meat compartment. Waste of engineering.
Summary: We have a very odd sized space for the refrigerator in our kitchen, and this fridge fit well. It is sleek and beautiful. We love having the freezer on the bottom; having the non-frozen food at eye level is great. Our only complaints are that there is not a lot of flexibility in shelf placement; the ice maker drops ice over the back of the bottom shelf when the container is full and you pull the freezer drawer all the way out.
Summary: First, let me say that I’m a huge fan of most Samsung products. I have owned multiple Samsung cell phones, TVs, monitors, computers, and other products. I have heard the praises on Samsung washers and dryers. All of that led me to buy the RF217ACRS (or RF217ACPN) refrigerator. Its size was perfect for the kitchen I had and at first glance I thought it was a good appliance. Within two weeks of having it delivered the refrigerator and freezer was intermittent.
Summary: I've had this fridge for 1 year and thus far I've had one of the vegetable drawers constantly wet with a leak from some undetermined place, the small drawer is cracked at the front corner and the door latch has broken. We don't have a lot of kids (1!) so the door isn't constantly slammed, so I can't understand why it's falling apart like a cheap suit! It also smudges and fingerprints extremely easily.
Summary: I absolutely love this fridge the size is perfect, but the best is how it keeps food. The only reason I gave this fridge a 4 out of 5 for design was because of the material they used on the exterior, smudges easily. But that being said this fridge will pay for itself in the first two years with all the food you will save.
