Summary: LG has horrible customer service. We've only had the fridge for two years and the freezer fan has quit working, and LG's customer service says that if they can replace the parts within 14 days, we have to wait for it.
Summary: Whoever designed this was not American. There is no place which will hold 2-liter bottles of soda. The drawers are just a little too narrow to hold typical American supermarket packages. The amount of wasted space is astonishing.
Summary: After just two years, it stopped cooling. Best Buy tried to repair it, but then offered to swap it for a new one of our choice. We got a Samsung instead. The Geek Squad guys said they see a lot of LG's come back.
Summary: Fridge died after 9 months of ownership. I purchased it at Home Depot. It failed to cool, and LG support was terrible. They had people come out three times to fix it and none succeeded. The most aggravating part was having to wait for days and sometimes weeks between these appointments.
Summary: I bought this unit a little over a year ago and LG had to come out within 60 days to fix the same freezer issue that other have mentioned. The fan in the freezer is very loud and builds up frost constantly. The Icemaker is also an issue with this unit.
Summary: I've had the fridge for 6 months and there are no problems with it. It is not loud as some users have stated for some of the LG refrigerators, quite the contrary it's quiet. There are no issues with the icemaker or any ice forming around the ice maker door.
Don't be fooled by the marketing or the other reviews this not a very good product

Summary: Had this unit the LFX33975st/02 for exactly 14 months. Now it fails to cool, temp in the freezer and frig section are room temp (74F) according to my laser temp gun. According to LG and their smart diagnostics tool everything checks out and it should be working as normal.
