On 6th service call and 2nd repair tech..LG didn't trust repairs from their original tech.

Summary: Stay away unless you want a huge huge headache. Within two weeks of purchase...June 2014 (went with LG based on reputation) condensation on the freezer and left french door. Repair guy sent numerous times, still condensation.
Summary: Like the other reviewers here, we also have nothing but problems with our refrigerator. Had to have the freezer control panel replaced because ice was building up on the fan. Horrible outsourced customer service. Ice maker jams up all the time.
This is a terrible product and the only thing worse is LG's customer ...

Summary: This is a terrible product and the only thing worse is LG's customer service (or lack thereof). First, we had problems with the ice maker, second, we had to replace he compressor, and now we have to replace the condensor.
Excerpt: We purchased this french door refrigerator after researching online and in the store. I am very pleased with the refrigerator and the features. The only thing is the ice runs out quickly because we like a lot of ice. We are utilizing the ice plus feature to store additional ice.

Summary: I bought this refrigirator a month ago and so far I am very happy with it. We are a family of 4 and the ice is plenty for us. We don't use a lot of ice like other families so for us is not a big deal the small icemaker.
Summary: If I could give this zero stars, I would. We loved the look at capacity of our LG fridge and it worked great for the first four years and then the control panel blew which made three other parts die--all out of warranty. LG told me we should have purchased an extended warranty.
