Summary: Fits well in my kitchen; flush with cabinets. Doors open easily, even being adjacent to a door frame. The ice maker is well positioned in the door but tends to spit out the ice all over and it is in chunks, not cubes.
Pros: Attractive Design, Customizable Shelving, Easy Access, Energy Efficient, Great Lighting, Holds Temperature Well, Quiet, Space For Tall Items, Very attractive
Summary: I wish to compliment Chuck - the sales man at ABT who sold us the Fridge freezer. The first one that was delivered had a "faulty water line" as the ice and water dispenser stopped working after one day. When I emailed Chuck at 11PM (at night) to let him know....he got back to me within minutes to let me know he would check on it for me.
Summary: I bought this Refrigerator over a year ago. It was great for the first month, until I found that the water connections under the fridge were loose and dripping on my brand new hardwood floors. We had the tech out to fix it, he had to order a whole new water manifold. After installation, the water dispenser/ice machine worked for 2 wks, service guy was back out to replace the "brain".
Summary: I was looking for a new fridge that was made here in the U.S.A. and kitchenaid makes all products here so i bought this one and couldn't be better, the design is very sleek, very sturdy. Alot of space inside.
Summary: We found this fridge at best buy and really liked the look and features. We looked at some reviews and saw that the ice maker has issues. We should have listened to other reviews and gone with another brand. We have had the fridge 6 months and the ice maker has worked less than 2 of those months. We have had the repair guy out 4 times and every time it seems to get worse, not better. Its actually 6pm and I have been waiting for yet another repair guy to show up all day.
Summary: Has plenty of room since I shop once a week. Meat drawer is larger than expected. So are the crisper and other cold drawer. Gallon bins in door keep milk plenty cold. Love the split shelf to store tall things if I want. Can even fit a pizza box in fridge!
Pros: Customizable Shelving, Easy Access, Holds Temperature Well, Space For Tall Items, Very roomy
Summary: Just bought this refrigerator and as soon as I removed all the packaging tape and plugged it in I have had nothing but problems. The fit and finish is sub par and the water dispenser does not work. The lights inside sometimes works and sometimes dont. The service guy installing the microwave and stove said the light switch is bad and to call service. Im very disappointed. I paid 2,100 at Sargents for this appliance.
Summary: I purchased this refrigerator in November of 2011. Upon hookup the water line burst open spewing water everywhere. The switch in the freezer was too short so every five minutes alarm bells would go off because it thought the freezer door was open. Some of the lights would come on intermittently. The water dispenser freezes up. All of these occurred right from the factory. Needless to say we couldn't use the product for the first 60 days.
Summary: My review is an echo of the other bad reviews. We have a tile floor so while the water leaks when ice maker has failed haven't ruined the floor I have fallen twice in water. Missed a lot of work for service appt. Ice maker has been replaced 5 times. Now I'm in extended warranty which of course I bought since I knew after five weeks (sadly one week too late for returning altogether) that this was junk. Service again Friday.
I need to come to the defense of this refrigerator

Summary: Frightened off by the negative Amazon reviewers, I decided to buy this refrigerator through my local appliance dealer at a higher price, rather than through Amazon. I even threw in the extended warranty because I was so scared... But wait! It's actually an excellent refrigerator, and of no less quality than the $9,000 Sub Zero built-ins that I've examined.
