Great customer service

Anonymous, AJ Madison
28 July 2012
  • Summary: We love our new frig, but when it arrived and was unpacked we noticed scratches in the corners of the door of the frig and freezer. We immediately called AJ Madison and within 3 days 2 doors were shipped to us and an appointment set up to have the new doors installed. Great customer service - no questions asked. Unfortunately - the replace ment doors were scratched and AJ Madison immediatly called for a replacement.

Pretty refrigerator

AngelHeart, AJ Madison
28 December 2011
  • Summary: I love almost everything about his refrigerator...it's pretty, the shelving is nice, some drawers have their own temperature controls. The only thing is that it makes noises, apparently from the type of freon used, & I find it a bit annoying. Every day I hear the strange squeaking noises, & I asked the service person about it & he said it's normal. I have been around other people's refrigerators for days at a time & I don't hear anything.

Beware, Not Quite Stainless

George, AJ Madison
31 August 2010
  • Summary: This is listed as "Stainless Steel". It's true that the doors are stainless, but the rest of the fridge is black so labeling it "stainless" is a bit of a misnomer as only about 25% of it is stainless. Secondly, the depth of the fridge is listed as 26-5/8ths but, it's actually 29 inches with the doors on. Who measures the depth of a fridge without the doors? Ridiculous!
