Summary: We RV full time in a 5th wheel. I love to cook. When we leave Montana, I fill the freezer with venison, elk, grouse, and fish. When I am done with that, Costco meats replace it. We live off solar and this freezer is very efficient. 2.5 amps per hour but it hardly cycles on and we have been in hot temps. It keeps a constant -3 degrees which is where I set it at. Great for ice cream as our other freezer in the galley only gets down to about +10 degrees.
Summary: So far, I absolutely love my mini Fridge/Freezer. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Easy to work. I can't wait to take a road trip and use it. Outstanding.... Very quiet and cools efficiently. Looking forward to traveling with it .
Summary: I needed a powered cooler for the truck, and after hunting around found this one and ordered it. It's a fabulous full-featured refrigerator/freezer. Whether on AC power or DC from the lighter socket in the truck, it runs as you'd expect. It's also pretty quiet. Some people may balk at the price, but I have to say so far this has proved to be a great investment.
Summary: Functionally, this has been a great fridge/freeze. I've used it in both modes numerous times and on numerous camping & fishing trips. I've lost fish before because of being remote and not having anyway to replenish ice so having this as a freezer allows me to vacuum pack and freeze the fish for transport. A friend of mine has the same model (he had his first) and on these same trips, we usually have one as a fridge & the other as a freezer - works out very well.
Got the 65 qt. I Will Order a 2nd One, but smaller 45 qt.

Summary: I got this(65qt.)for the truck (18 wheeler), I used it on trip to Dallas in the SUV, worked great .Tried to put it into the truck but it was bigger than expected tight ,damn tight fit. So will order the smaller one for the truck keep the bigger 65 qt. for shopping trips, travel to the cabin, and or a back up for the house(Christmas, back yard parties, bar-b-q's),when you need a little extra room. Just plug it into a 12 volt/cig. outlet ,set the temp.,and roll.
Powerful beast, but not something I'd move very often

Summary: For those of you truckers, the Coleman fridge isnt good for more than about 5 months of use, and then its time to upgrade asap before it takes a crap, costing you all the food you had stocked. As for this... while they made a smaller unit, The price difference between this one and the next smallest one, made it a no brainer on which one to get. More space for cheaper price.... So, After using this for a few months, I gotta say I love it.
Summary: Very pleased with this Refrigerator/ Freezer Chest. I had to replace a Norcold in our motorhome. It fit very nicely into the same space. A little higher but no problem. So far( about 6 weeks) it is working perfectly on freezer. Lots of space. I love the digital temp readout on the side. Great price.
Summary: I was looking to get the ARB fridge because it has the best reviews and is popular with the Jeeping community, but the cost was somewhat prohibitive. Based solely on the reviews from other Amazon customers I pulled the trigger on this unit. At half the cost and slightly larger capacity, seemed like a wise decision. I have not tested this unit in the field, this is purely an initial review.
