Summary: I purchased this model through Sears in January 2011. After the delivery, I noticed there was a gap in the top of the freezer - it wasn't sealing correctly. So I called for a repair under warranty, and they replaced the gasket. It seemed ok for a few weeks, and then the same thing happened.
Summary: High points: Very energy efficient. Very even temperature distribution throughout freezer. Low points: Less space efficient than my older Frigidaire freezer of similar rated capacity. Holds only 80% as much food. The door do not reopen for about 2 minutes, after it is shut.
Summary: Showed up, didn't work, Abt Electronics policy of 100% satisfaction is false, now all these months later, the guy shows up to fix it and can't. I will never buy an appliance online ever again.
Summary: I purchased this in Sept 2009 with an additional 2 year warranty. It worked fine with no problems until Dec 2011, We had 4 service calls in Dec before it was declared unrepairable. Lowe's settlement dept has promised to mail me a check which is very fair .
