Summary: Just got the quadrio its nearly two months old and makes a hell of a noise.im starting to worry it wont live long . The noise is so bad my pit bull wont go in the kitchen because of it. im going to pc world to give them a piece of my mind and some very choice words until i get what i want.

Summary: Had a problem with the door kept giving me power cuts. Engineer changed door but different color to the rest of the fridge freezer also taller but smaller door than before. Very poor service from hotpoint and insurance cover not very helpful. Will think twice about buying hotpoint again.
Summary: I was happy with mine, well looked after and cared for. After owning it for 1 yr 7 months, my 6yr old son just opened the door and it exploded, went to check and it was working fine then about 15 minutes later it stopped letting the cold air in. The lights come on and off. As for the engineers at Indesit, they always tell you about being charged even if you're under warranty. The same was done with the Hotpoint Aqualtis.
Summary: Bought this in July, 8 weeks later and it's making a noise like an aircraft is taking off in my kitchen. Engineer coming out in 9 days time. I am going to ask for money back. What a load of rubbish.
Summary: We've had 2 quadrios due to the first one dying at 15 months and having to accept a replacement of the ffu4dx. Came home from holiday to find the appliance dead at 1 year 2 weeks old. Hotpoint customer service is a joke, pushed from pillar to post and told we'd have to fork out for an engineer. Can't be bothered so buying an LG. DO NOT TOUCH HOTPOINT IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY!!!

Summary: I brought my quadrio in 2009 the other day I opened the door and it blew my electrics I had a look at the door and the wire that runs down it is cut due to the plastic part that's in the top left hand corner I emailed hotpoint and this is what they said... I understand that you have experienced problems with the appliance making a bang and tripping your electrics and that you have traced this to the door wire on the top left hand door.
Summary: DONT BE TEMPTED BY THE LOOK AND DESIGN, my last fridge freezer a Bosch is still going at 12 years at my mums house, never a problem, just 3 years and this Hotpoint has a freezer problem, got to pay £15 a month for the next year to get it looked at, spent almost an hour on the phone to get to the correct person, and the engineer is not available for a week. The 5 year parts guarantee is a complete waste of time to get an engineer out costs £110!!!!!
