Summary: I have had similar experience to other reviewers with the refrigerator. The fan stopped work so the fresh food portion of the refrigerator only gets to 55 degrees. We were told to defrost the refrigerator as a temporary fix (which did not work) so they could send a second tech out to look at it to determine if it is a software flaw. The GE customer service department is horrible to deal with.
Summary: Much less room inside than you'd expect. This is especially true for the freezer. The central freezer shelf support is made of flimsy plastic. If anything in the freezer shifts and impedes the door opening, the plastic breaks where it's anchored to the freezer roof and everything, including ice drawer, collapses. This has happened twice since I bought the unit in 2011.
Great overall- quality, durability, and stylish, looks professional

Summary: I have loved this unit. It looks much more expensive than it costs, like a restaurant grade refrigerator. My little kids haven't managed (and they try) to dent, scratch or pull handles/doors off. Impressive! Keeps consistent temperature, looks sleek and modern, which fits our midcentury modern home. The inside water dispenser is awesome. If my kids spill water, it goes onto the inside shelf, which is easy to wipe (vs.
Summary: I also have this Fridge and the Duel Fuel range also, both are garbage! stay from this product! Invest your money on a quality product. Had to have all three doors replaced because they water stained so bad and the stove has already cost me a fortune in not even 3 years time. Please stay away from this product!
Summary: We bought the entire Cafe line of products five years ago. EVERY piece has broken....of course just when the warranty expires. Very expensive to repair. The plastic piece inside the knobs for the gas stove shredded on 3 knobs. $60 each to replace! Ice maker broke three times. Dishwasher control panel broke after 2 years. Cabinet mount microwave designed to be used over a stove doesn't work when the burner below is on. Terrible appliances.
Summary: I bought this series for my dream kitchen and that dream became a nightmare! Nothing but problems with both the fridge and stove(the fridge had to be replaced and the new one is just as bad) food freezes, fans stop working etc... and the customer service reps are trained to give political responses without really being able to listen or help (well one was really nice). Please spend your money on something else!
Summary: Ours was installed in a beach house in May, 2012. The back of the veg drawer cracked and sags. We have only used the refrig. maybe 2 dozen days. I have emailed GE and hope they will get it fixed under warranty. Not happy.
Summary: We purchased a home and this fridge came with the package. Upon moving in and using this fridge, I would have to say its not to user friendly. I would agree with the other user that the freezer has no room. I am not one to stock up on frozen goods but I can say that their isn't much room in the freezer. Everything has to be stacked on top of each other and it has two slide out drawers that do hold a decent amount but again one drawer is 3 inches from top to bottom.
Summary: This microwave's display panel has broken twice in two years. I found out that the warranty only covers one year. I don't think that GE stands by their product, and for the price we paid I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
