Summary: Very disappointing that this freezer only lasted a year and a half. It was never moved, and stored in our basement in a closed storage room (with another fridge). It looks fine.. but does not freeze anymore. The lowest temperature we can get now is 50 degrees. It will run but just won't freeze.
Summary: Had this freezer for 2 years and it went out on me. Called the Frigidaire Company,so they said nothing we can do except recommend a repairman. after being out $535.00 I was not going to pay a repairman another $200 or $300 hundred dollars on a lemon .
Summary: We bought this based on good reviews. It was fine for 1 1/2 years when it stopped freezing. Not worth fixing for the price paid. We plan to avoid the Frigidaire brand completely now since a new refrigerator we bought recently for over $800 is having issues after only one month!
Summary: I needed a moderate sized freezer with shelves so things didn't get burried in the bottom of the freezer well. This freezer has done a great job after three months and keeps everything rock hard. The shelving works great too and everything is easy to find. Why only four stars??
Summary: This freezer does the trick; it freezes. I had to set it almost to the highest setting in order to get the temperature slightly below zero. The factory setting wasn't cold enough. Of course, I had to buy a thermometer in order to find out how cold it was getting inside.
Summary: I am very disappointed in this freezer, which is very NOISY. Which is the only thing I'm disappointed in. There is enough space in the freezer and has a drawer in the bottom of it which makes it nice for when you have small stuff and don't want them to get tossed around.
Summary: I was actually looking for a smaller freezer to take the overload from my fridge freezer, but for the price difference, this somewhat larger freezer (12.1 Cubic Feet), which is frost-free and has an interior light was a much better deal.
