Summary: It smells spicy and oriental.very musk and seemingly contains lots of spices. i hate this fragrant.it reminds me of a homme fragrance.the packaging is average but classic.i love flowery fragrant , so this fragrance is not suitable for me,but i feel so curious about the further scent, it goes soft. What a magic fragrance!
Summary: This was given to me for christmas by someone who really doesn't know my taste in perfume. He also regularly gives me Shalimar. The initial smell is one of oranges and vanilla, which dries down to a pleasant but nodescript vanilla in around 10 minutes. After half an hour I can't smell it on myself at all. If I put my nose to my wrists I can faintly smell a mixture of oranges and vanilla. it has about as much kick and staying power as a very cheap body spray.
Summary: I do not get any peony from this, unlike other reviewers - it is pure mimosa on me. I got it quite cheaply at TKM so I cannot really complain about the price. It is very generic and smells like 20 others including Avon Far Away and Marks and Spencer Perfection. Very inoffensive it would be a good everyday scent for someone who is not adventurous, I found it boring. Having said that it would probably be a nice gift for someone who is not confident about fragrance.
Summary: This opens with a very perfumey peony followed by a quick whiff of YSL Paris. The drydown is a generic powdery amber with a tinge of white musk and vanilla. Lasting power is okay, maybe 4 hours. I was hoping for something more special and unique. I suppose you could call this "classic" but in this case I'd take that to mean generic and inoffensive.
Summary: All I can smell is peony + sweeeet benzoin + wet newspaper/tea bag ; at first it is nice, "effervescent" and even wearable, but after 15 minutes changes into cheap, fruity, sticky, sirupy scent resembling Wink by Avon.
Summary: I don't know what I was thinking when I purchased this. I keep trying to wear it, but it makes me so ill. I can definately smell the vanilla in it, but there is something else (amber maybe?) that just pushes this fragrance right into a musky dark liquor smell. The bottle is beautiful and it's definately expensive but I don't recommend.
Summary: I got a sample of this & liked it initally - it was a very fresh lime/citrus scent - inoffensive and easy to wear - but sadly i found the dry down to be a bit sharper. It strikes me as a fragrance for an older lady.
