Excerpt: This is a great perfume if you are into the trend of fruity florals. It is not that different than a lot of others in the fruity floral group, but it does have a little bit of it’s own personality. I like this perfume for day wear.
Summary: Exactly what I asked for as they didn't try to sell me the newer version as the other companies did. The best fragrance by far is this 1990 version. The other companies avertise this version but send you the newer version. Very disappointed. Looking to purchase more of this 1990 version of Women's Versus by Gianni Versace Eau de Toilette Spray - 3.4 oz.
Summary: Lemon, Kumquat, Apple. Orange Blossom, Rose. Patchouli, Musk, Ambrette seed. This is one of those scents that, in spite of being directed toward the feminine persuasion, I own and find occasion to wear from time to time. On one hand, the sillage and longevity factors are found wanting. On the other, it smells interesting, pleasant and performs well in close quarters where strong presence isn't desirable.
Excerpt: This has 80's powerhouse-like impact overlaying a creamy, lemony oriental woody. Like putting a powerhouse "chypre" on top of Chanel's Allure Homme Edition Blanche. Surprisingly alluring, and attractive. Great performance. A friend recommended this one to me. I didn't think I would like these "dated" or "vintage" compositions, but I was wrong. I could say that Versus by Versace was ahead of it's time.
