Only if snow could be warm and sweet!
Summary: Although not a unique scent, when I received it and tried on, it made this cold day look sunny and I stopped disliking the snow outside and started thinking it was a bright mound of cotton-candy. Well, not quite that sweet. The bergamot and aldehydes open the ceremony and you cannot stop inhaling their beautiful scent which progresses swiftly towards the white jasmine and white roses( do white roses smell differently from the red ones?
Summary: To me, First is the absolute epitome of the fragrance of 'expensive French-milled soap'. It begins with a bright burst of jasmine, and then quite quickly settles into a long, clean and rather retro scent (circa '76), including that slight bite as with many aldehydic florals. I would align it with Molinard de Molinard in that sense. It took a while to warm to First (of one can even do that with this slightly lofty, elegant creature!
Summary: This is a classy and sophisticated perfume for "grown up" women. It reminds me of Chanel no 5. I was lucky to get 100ml for only 39.99 euros compared to the 88.99 it normally costs. It´s a perfume for either the Autumn/Winter or evening. It smells very expensive and lasts a long time.
Summary: This is my only perfume and I use it all the time. I constantly get asked what am I wearing and this has been the same for 30 years. I can only buy it online now and I fear the day when they stop making it as I am allergic to just about all other perfumes or they do not smell nice on my skin. I love it when a man leans in to my neck to inhale the scent and asks what am I wearing, that to me is how a perfume should be.
Pros: Clean & Fresh, Draws Compliments, Great Smell, Great Value, Not Overpowering, Sensual
