Love the perfume - do not love "the perfume" I received in the mail
I luv Amazon, amazon.com

Summary: My husband bought this for me as a gift and it does not smell like the product I bought at Macy's. The box flap clearly states that there is a unique box code you can use to register your perfume at the Mugler website and that code had a black strip over it with no code provided. I doubt that this is an authentic product. The smell is a bit more like bug spray than the softer, more subtle scent in my store bought product (love it!).
Summary: I got sprayed with this by a sales associate who swore this was the closest thing to smelling what angels wore when they have an appointment with THE BOSS. This fragrance is not cheap, simple, or unintelligent. And I could detect some wonderful things in there. The problem was that I had to overcome my revulsion for what covered the good stuff: a monstrous rotten-sweet breath from hell. This perfume is certainly an angel, a fallen angel. I believe you call that a demon.
Summary: I was so intrigued upon hearing about this scent. With a name like Angel, I envisioned a heavenly, spiritual scent, and it is anything but! This scent is strong and overpowering and muddled, so much so I had a hard time distinguishing any real notes. The best way I can describe it is like an artist coloring with every color in his pallet until it becomes muddy with no distinct color. " Angel like" it is not.
Summary: I definitely need to try this one on again as so far my experience of this is more akin to Angel of Death than something heavenly. I remember sniffing it in Liberty's in London one winter in the 90s - and absolutely loving it. Then everyone started wearing it. In high quantities, in crowded tubes in summer and smoke filled clubs with poor ventilation at nightime and I hated it.
Summary: Sorry to say, I feel disappointed with this product. Had I known that this would be so different from the original Angel, I would not have purchased. Why has it been altered? It is missing the Patchoulli, so it is a different scent altogether. I won't return it, and will definitely not re-order. There should be a statement saying that it is not like the original Angel.
Summary: I wanted so much to like this, but it is just intoxicatingly sweet, headache and gag inducing for me. It is VERY concentrated, strong and long-lasting but in this case it's not a good thing. You have to be careful to apply a little bit sparingly. Definitely an evening fragrance for someone who loves sweet fragrances. Angel is bold, bright, loud and wants to be noticed. The bottle is beautiful though, i love the design.
Summary: I was thinking of purchasing this perfume and decided to go check it out at Macy's. IT WAS HORRIBLE. It gave me a bad headache, I just couldn't stand it. Thought I'm gonna like it based on the reviews but I got disappointed. Deffinitely not for me.
Summary: Angel-lovers...sorry don't keep reading. I want to love this and thought the bottle was beautiful. I've been staring at it on my shelf on and off for the last 2 years and finally gave it away to my neighbor who is a complete fan. Maybe it's just me, but the "fragrance" is reminiscent of a 70's basement party and summer sweat. If you're looking for staying power, the EDP is a keeper....unfortunately, I couldn't loofah it off fast enough.
