Excerpt: Despite the fact that I rarely put perfume on, I do like receiving them as gifts, or smelling them in the local Sephora shop. I have stopped buying them since I realized that after I own them, I end up forgetting about them and not appreciating them anymore.
Summary: Starts with woodsy and the finish with a soft powdery smell! This is the one and only fragrance that I am not annoy with the powdry smell! It rather soothing and fresh! I love how the bottle its very simple and clean! I think it should be marketed for unisex! I finished one bottle and loving every spray from the new bottle!
Summary: It's funny, I used to hate this because of the powdery notes when I first tried it, I'm really enjoying it now though. It definitely takes a certain mood to wear it though, usually a rainy day. Maybe it makes the earthy/woodsy notes stand out more, and calms down the powdery aspect? Anyway, something happened to change this one for me. There is the soapy/clean aspect, but It also has a very cool, airy feel to it.
Summary: Fresh perfume that gives you a clean feeling like just got out of the shower... A bit strong powdery opening a little disturbing for my nose, but soon turning to a soft clean magic smell from heaven.... A future summer perfume for me....
Summary: Soft, just showered, white floral (but in a hint of expensive soap way). These are all the things I think of when wearing it. I love it. However it does not last longer than about two hours on me. The longevity is terrible :( I tried Chanel 19 as it was supposed to be similar (its not really) and that stayed way longer unfortunately. wonder if the absolute is better?
Summary: It's not bad at all, but on me it's nothing really extraordinary either. I find this useful for a formal occasion or after a shower. It's soapy for sure with tendrils of nondescript woodiness and, bizarrely, rosemary. It's a bit dull, but I think that's part of its charm - sometimes you don't want your perfume to be an olfactory novel. Somehow Infusion reminds me of snuggling into bed after you've just washed all your bed linen.
Summary: Let me say that I am a floral-lover. I LOVE floral notes in perfume. Any perfume that should disregared the floral; lets just say I'm wary of it. Having said that, Prada's 'Infusion d' Iris " is a disgrace upon the noblest of flowers: the Iris. This smells like a butch baby shampoo. I take exeption with madame Chanel that women should not smell like flowers...what (in nature ) smell better than flowers? Certainly not Cat butt! I don't know!
Summary: Airy, delicate, lemony, light, fresh & sweet at first -- then comes an earthy, woody, peppery, incensy, powdery, musky drydown. Not a warm fragrance -- it's cool, chilly, icy, and silver-grey. Gives you a cool fresh blast of lemony air-conditioning -- then a tickle of peppery incense. Fresh & lemony, with earthy notes added. Like Annick Goutal Eau du Sud maybe?
Summary: HG forever. Fresh and powdery at the same time, perfect year-round, comforting but clean. This is the one bottle of perfume I have ever finished and repurchased more than once -- guess I should just splurge on the big bottle but the little ones last over a year. I have a vanity countertop full of half-used perfumes and when I can't decide, I go for this one and I'm never disappointed.
Summary: I am so particular about the fragrances that I wear. They all need to have some hint of musk and not be too overpowering. This is a very beautiful fragrance and everytime I wear it people ask me what it is? I think that is the best compliment!!! I highly recommend!!!
