Summary: This was the first designer fragrance that I ever got. I know some people say that it is for more mature men, but I was about 18 when I got this one and I'm 23 now and still loving it. Could just be my skin chemistry though. I use about 2 sprays on the neck and one on a wrist and do a rub together. I have noticed that this fragrance can be a bit much if I get into the car to go out just after putting it on, but the harshness soon dies down.
Summary: This reminds of some guys that I know. You know, the ones that have zero body hair, can't grow a full bread, and get friend-zoned by every female they encounter. Those guys. Overall it's a clean, luxurious, soapy scent. However, I feel like they got carried away when they decided to add vanilla in it.
Summary: ~ Gentleman, this is called Prada Man for a reason. If you have a nicely fitted grey suit? You need to accessorize with the classy confidence this soapy saffron sillage scent projects! If you slip on a navy sport jacket in the cool of the evening? You need to grab for the casual style the neroli, tonka and musky midnotes will carry all night long! Or even when you wear your favorite v-neck sweater? The one she constantly steals!
Summary: This fragrance reminds me of a more intense and floral version of Mugler Cologne. Must be the few similar notes that Mugler Cologne have in common with this fragrance. All I can say is, if you want a more floral and sharp scent, then Prada Amber is the way to go.
Summary: I wanted to like this one. It has all the elements I like: patchouli, amber, the color and bottle are cool, Im a fan of Prada...but this one does not work. First off, its very very sweet, and its a bit cloying. While distinctive, its off putting. The sweetness is coupled with a chalky smell. While its complex and layered (a good thing) for me it just doesn't work as a whole. Its hard to describe and Im sure its just a personal thing for me.
Summary: This most definitely smells like expensive soap to me. It is definitely classy. However, it is also somewhat metrosexual in nature since it is not particularly masculine. I think anyone, male or female, could pull this off and if dressed/groomed nicely, they would garner a lot of compliments.
Summary: This is my fragrance of choice whenever I need to make sure that I leave a good impression on someone. Prada Amber Pour Homme smells incredibly classy. The opening is very fresh and soapy with a hint of spice, then it gradually dries to a leather/vanilla "amber-like" base which is still very clean and slightly powdery. This fragrance would be perfect for those who work in business. It has a luxurious vibe which makes it an excellent suit and tie scent.
