Summary: This smells like very luxurious talcum powder, the kind some 17th Century dandy monarch would dust his bottom with. It's clean and elegant, but very flamboyant. I always felt quite loud while I was wearing it. The patchouli and cardamom are the strongest notes for me. It's definitely a winter scent; the woody spiciness gives it a Christmas-y vibe. A woman could also pull this off.
Summary: I bought this back in my 06-07 western pacific deployment in the US Navy, onboard the USS BOXER (LHD 4). I think it smells like baby powder and has some other smells which I can't articulate right now.
Summary: I love this scent!!!!! I hate to mirror everything that everyone else has said but this is classy, fresh, soapy, and clean.I received prada amber pour homme and marc jacobs in the mail at the same time and noticed that this smells slightly similiar to marc jacobs for men minus the fig scent.I can see someone wearing this with a dress shirt necktie button up shirt and a nice pair of jeans.Super great office scent for sure!!!!Not for everyone though but worth sampling..
Summary: I'm not one to seek out fragrances designed specifically for men, because in my experience they're usually too masculine for my taste, often at the hand of some domineering bergamot. So, had I read the list of notes beforehand, I would've probably declined an offer to sample this one out of hand.
Summary: I'm not a Fragrance expert, but this fragrance has EVERYTHING i love in it. Its smells like really really really expensive soap! it's leathery, woodsy and powder, sexy and luxe, but not at all sharp and headache inducing. This will be my fragrance for life. Bottle and fluid colour are perfection too.
Summary: The first time I smelled this I couldn't wait to wash it off. I never even thought about it again until I decided to remind myself why I hated it. Went to Sephora and sprayed it on my wrist and had the same reaction. Old lady classic smell that I didn't want on me. Soap and powder that just didn't work for me. I was over it. 45 minutes later, out of curiosity, I sniffed my wrist.
Summary: My take on prada amber pour homme. just got my full bottle ive testing this for a while now what can I say elegant, luxurious, clean, soapy scent. I also feel an old school vibe to its scent something my grandma or granpa vibe scent its hard to explain but it is also modern at thesame time. I believe that amber pour homme can be a timeless scent. One to add the scent can also be described as bubblegumish.
