Summary: I despite celebrity perfume so I went against the grain when I ordered this perfume by Madonna. I'm glad I took the risk! I can't stop smelling my wrist. I usually go for sweet smelling scents such as caramel/vanilla perfume. This perfume is so sensual, it is a nice blend of sandalwood, benzoin and I think I smell a little bit of a vanilla note. The bottle is really cool looking.
Summary: Though I think that I'm fairly neutral on this scent (I got it for dirt cheap and won't be wearing it often, but I won't be donating it to the local thrift store either...), I really think that this one is either "love it" or "hate it." Truth or Dare is a very mature scent, but there's something nostalgic and emotionally evoking about it.
Summary: Being a huge fan of Truth or Dare (which appeals immensely to the Tuberose slut in me) I recently received Naked from a wonderfully kind friend I made here on Parfumo. I'd read somewhere that this frag was becoming hard to find so I availed myself of the opportunity of a gift set including body lotion. *Sigh* … Naked is so not what I was expecting and once again affirms that I should steer clear of flankers.
Summary: I'm not a fan of celebrity perfumes myself, I actually tend to avoid them and have none in my collection so far. But Truth or Dare is really well done. It does not smell cheap at all. In fact, I honestly believe that if packaged and sold as a new release in some niche line, many tuberose lovers would spend serious money on it. Leaving this value judgement aside, the scent is a lush, smooth tuberose and gardenia duet.
