Summary: Sweet, powdery, and musky with an anise base. I wondered if I was anosmic to it at first. I had to apply quite a bit before I got anything but soft musk and powder! I wouldn't buy a bottle, but I'm enjoying my $5 mini. I'm having trouble understanding what made this perfume so ground breaking when it was released.
Summary: This is so strange, kinda like a powdery licorice. I'm not to sure if I like it or not. It smells old fashioned, like an old ladies house that hasn't been dusted in a long time. Not for me unfortunately however the bottle is incredible! I think I smell a talcum powder? Still trying to figure out the hype, maybe the bottle design.
Summary: My most recent buy. Holding the bottle instantly makes me feel like a magical girl. The scent is lovely and unique. I was about to buy Vince camuto but once I smelled this one, Vince was meh and just whatevs. The only problem with LL is it doesn't last. I spritz generously and the scent is gone within an hour.
Summary: Damn. This just might be my new signature, this perfume is simply amazing. I bought this one blind after months of consideration after reading all these positive reviews.. Best blind purchase ever! It's perfectly sweet and creamy.
Summary: I waited a while before commenting on this one, I really wanted it to be great. After repeated use I'm really happy with it, once you overcome the initial sweetness (my least favourite thing) it shines as a distinctive complex perfume. The note of Licorice, deeper than just Anise, is round & perfect & lasts 'til the end...on me 7-8 hrs. One of those lucky blind buys!
Summary: I sampled LL when Sephora was still carrying it. I know I liked this scent then, but I purchased something else that day. Fast forward to now and I decided to give it another try. I bought a little tiny set; LL proved to be an interesting composition that changes into something very sweet, dare I say, delicious licorice driven scent. It lasted all day, from 7:00 am to now midnight and still going strong.
