Summary: It is discontinued, I verified this with the manufacturer a few months ago after I bought all the ones I could find online. Unfortunately I do not love it as much as I did anymore and also got some 7 year old bottles online that were unopened but had turned brown. SO I am giving those away and keeping the one 100ml bottle I have that is blue and only about 3-4 years old (I check the dates on things at checkcosmetic.org).
Summary: I feel perhaps this is a lighter, beachier version of the original Lolita Lempicka. Just my humble opinion. Initially this has orange/citrus notes, then fades into sweeter vanilla notes, and hours later will have mild sandlewood notes. This doesn't have the throw and longevity of some of the other Lolita Lempicka fragrances, which would make this a good summertime fragrance if you are like me, and don't want something quite so cloying and heavy in the summer.
Summary: I tried this perfume after reading a lot about it and having it recommended to me on fragrantica.com (similar scents to my favorite Dior Addict and Hypnotic Poison). I like "grown up" vanillas, not super sweet ones. All my perfumes are in the warm, spicy, sweet category. This perfume is at first a very strong incense, which almost turned me away, but it works its way into a smokey vanilla quickly. It doesn't have the sillage that Addict does (which is impressive!
Summary: I found some similarities with my beloved Coral Flower at first sniff, I got a similar incense feeling but as the minutes pass... well...it transformed into a cinnamon and orange smell, which is good but it didn't project as much as I would have wanted to, it stays close to my skin, that's why I'm not so convinced about this fragrance. Overall nice packaging and good fragrance but similar to other ones out in the market. Sorry LL, this time wasn't love.
Summary: My review is for the EDP. I used to love this scent, but either it's changed or my chemistry has changed. It used to be a cinnamony vanilla scent that reminded me of incense, but this faint note that was musky, primal, and marine all at once. I've always disliked marine scents for their astringency, but L de Lolita Lempicka was something different entirely. Now, on me at least, it just smells like a harsh vanilla.
Summary: No clue where other reviewers are getting a cinnamon/vanilla/sea salty gourmand scent from this. Gorgeous bottle that looks like it could contain the tears of mermaids or sit on Ariel's dressing table next to the thingamabobs and whatchamacallits. Smells good, but manly. Really manly. I get a smoky, incense, woodsy smell with a blast of cinnamon. Then a slight orange waft and a lot of musk. Mostly smoke. The smell is warm, dry, smoky and good - on a man.
Summary: This fragrance is HEAVENLY. It's a very rich, warm, caramel-vanilla scent. Sweet and gourmand without being cloying. This is the one fragrance that always garners the most compliments and "what are you wearing?" inquiries for me. It really is unique, I've never smelled anything close to this. But even though it's different, it's still extremely wearable. I think this scent is appropriate for a wide range of ages, seasons, occasions, and so forth.
