Summary: My Mum used to wear this in the 90s. I got a sample the other day, and they've changed the smell beyond recognition. This smells like either an ancient man or an animal fell asleep in my bed and covered my sheets in rank sweat.
Summary: There's something dark & dirty about Lancome Magie (La Collections). She's not for a modern girl, but for a classic woman. Magie opens unisex but dries femme. I like Magie, but I don't care for the way the jasmine develops on my skin and how the fragrance sweetens as it wears. I do like that quality in Cuir, I don't like it in Magie. I might be wrong, but I think it comes down to the relative amount of jasmine.
Summary: I just bought this perfume after not purchasing it for awhile and it has change. This perfume used to be awsome. Now the smell doesnt last, and I will not purchase it again if its not put back the way it was. Hope Lancome reads our messages there loosing a lot of money people.
Summary: This scent would like to evoke an aura of mystery and sensuousness. It accomplishes neither. At first spray it is woody and deep. After about 30 min you will smell terrible, like a combination of auto shop meets moldy towels. I have yet to like how this scent smells on anyone. Sorry to those who like it.
Summary: All of a sudden my wife insisted on wearing this toxic mix- I would sneeze ,then we argued all the time. What ever it was, I blamed Magie- Noir! She went back to YSL Paris and everything went back to normal. Scent can be used to communicate.
Summary: An ex-boyfriend of mine loved this fragrance so I wore it for him. One of the first things I did post-breakup was toss this godawful perfume. For me it's too heavy and masculine and screams 1980s. If orientals aren't your thing, don't even bother. I guess it takes a certain person to pull this one off and it's not me.
