Summary: I used to love this intensely when I was a teenager and I recently bought it again thinking that it will be the rekindling of an old passion. Loved it in the store. But when I got home I sprayed some on and was nauseous within the first 15 minutes, the spicy rose just gave me a headache. I tried it the next couple of days because I desperately wanted to enjoy it like I did 5 years ago. Nothing.
Summary: I used to wear Gucci Rush when I was around 19, but even then I liked it for a couple of months before my love turned to hatred :- ( I understand that scents are very particular to the wearer so this is just my personal opinion. There is something about this scent that now makes me feel nauseous when I smell someone wearing it, I am not sure which note it is but there is something too harsh, chemical and acidic.
Summary: Nope. Gucci uses that thin, bitter, sweet patchouli, and too much of it. It reminds me in a not good way of Angel (minus, thankfully, the pineapple and urine), Shanghai (minus, sadly, the spice and wood), Lovely (minus, sadly, the gorgeous florals and musk), and NR (ditto minuses for Lovely). The patchouli has a tiny hint of dry chocolate, which makes it just slightly less awful than the patchouli in NR, but overall, I don't like this.
Summary: Hmm,..apparently, it smells good when the salesgirl spritz it on me...after a while of using, i have a sudden despise of it. Makes me kinda sick n nauseous...i guess it does not have an everlasting impact on me. I realised i smell like a granny all the while i was using it..Hmmphh!!
Summary: Sweet floriental fragrance. Doesn't smell bad but quite generic imho. The drydown turned very strange on me - almost like cigarette smoke. 1 lippie for long lasting power and 1 lippie for bottle.
Summary: cant grasp the "men love this" comments. every guy i know who has smells this or cums close to it, says it too sickly sweet. its not actually bad smell, warm, longlasting but b aware of nausea and spray v v v lightly.xx
