Summary: This came to me as a hand-me-down from a co-worker who was quite well-off and on top of all things modern and trendy. I got a smaller 30 ml bottle with somewhat half of the original contents. Although I am a die-hard orientals fan, I must say this was not too convincing. First of all - on my oily perfume-eating skin it sounded pretty masculine (not something I would want to use for evening wear targeted at flirting and seduction!
Summary: i really wanted to like this! it is certainly a well constructed, and very respectable perfume, in terms of both formula and quality. but, as i was afraid, the iris and heliatrope ran right out of the gate with loads of sweet incense, which on me is the instant, and terrible powder bomb!
Summary: Warmly rich and spicy. This is a great fragrance for winter - makes you feel cosy with those spicy notes that are not your average run of the mill notes. Although I do enjoy it, it's not my favourite and I don't think I would re-purchase as there are others in this fragrance family I like more.
Summary: I agree with the reviewer below, it would smell good on the right person. I do like the smell but just not on me. It would be perfect for the mature business woman I feel. Or even that black tie party, dinner or drinks. It's a floral exotic contemporary scent. It explores notes of clementine, calla lily tuberose and vetiver. Quite unusual but yet quite nice. If you are one of the lucky ones that can wear this fragrance, feel privileged.
Summary: I've given it a reasonable rating because I believe that on the right woman this would be magnificent, but on me it's disgusting. Just doesn't suit me one little bit. Far too musky. Fabulous bottle though. I wear the No 2 version of this and it's divine on me but this one is a definite NO.
Summary: Kitsune's review (shown below), I agree with wholeheartedly. The idea of 'skin' is my thought exactly. I do not find this a heavy scent at all. In fact I find it to be cool and comfortable. I bought mine at TJ Maxx in a set for a steal at $22.00 for a 1.7oz! Tho, I don't like the body lotion, as it doesn't seem to be very scented at all and kind of watery.UPDATE: I still like Gucci EDP, but I just don't find myself reaching for it much anymore.
Summary: This is how i wish my skin smelled naturally. I ADORE this scent. It is hard for me to describe. A bit masculine for sure, but sweet and pretty enough for a girl. It is like amber and honey. I LOVE it. It smells like leather to me as well.My signature scent is Herve Leger, but this is a DARN close second.I wear this one a bit more in the cooler months. They have NOTHING in common, but i never tire of either of them.EDIT; i ended up giving this to my hubby.
