Summary: Green fruity floral with pink pepper. It starts off with a burst of bright green, but it quickly becomes a harsh sechreechy, headache-inducing cheap synthetic linear one-note that reminds me of aqua-pine disinfectant toilet cleaner. Or the Avon roll-on deodorant called "Feelin' Fresh Classic" - the one with the green lid - that smells almost exactly like Gucci Envy! So maybe try Feelin' Fresh Classic if you like Envy but can't find it. The Avon deo lasts longer anyway!
Summary: Didn't have as strong of fragrance as I remember. When I wore this in the past I received many compliments but not this time. I won't order fragrance from a 2nd, 3rd party dealer again. I will purchase directly from a store.
Summary: Well, we'll, well. I live in south Florida and there is a Gucci store in Palm Beach. I've heard about this scent....but is discontinued, according to the snooty salesperson. There is Gucci Envy ME, but not the original Gucci Envy, plain and simple. So, it's off to EBay land which has a whole bunch of people selling this scent for 100 bucks for the 3.3 oz. size. On to the scent. I have been a lover of fresh scents..
Summary: Love this green floral. The standout notes for me are hyacinth, lily of the valley, jasmine and a galbanum type note (I'm not sure whether it's listed in 'official notes'). There's also a bit of musk and a very sneaky pineapple note -- look for it, it's there. The overall effect is metallic, cool (even cold), Spring-y and fresh. It smells like hothouse flowers straight from the greenhouse, shoved into a walk-in freezer.
