Summary: This makes me think of a very classy lady who has a bit of a slutty side. The orange flower start makes me feel so luxurious and I just want to keep inhaling infinitely. Then comes in something very sweet, like heliotrope honey that gives an edge and sexiness to the perfume which is just on the edge of being too much for me. Fortunately it subsides leaving the orange blossom to bask in its magnificent glory the rest of the day. Sillage and longevity are impressive.
Summary: I love this fragrance, there's a deep sensual quality and yet it also shows a softer side. It's almost magical how this fragrance can put me in such a good mood! I also love the l'eau couture version!
Summary: Feeling like I needed a pick me up today and went to the perfumery. On a whim purchased Eli Saab. I was surprised at the sweetness, not a big fan of sweet, something I did a lot in my 20's. I was also surprised at how well this sweet fragrance is made. It is honeyed but not boring, I am very happy with this purchase. Edit: I must have been depressed or something viewing what I wrote.
Summary: The bottle is no joke, so is the fragrance. Elie Saab, Le Parfum is a powerful yet soft woman's fragrance that truly captivates the senses. Well, that's what it did to me at the perfumery at Nordstrom when I first tried it on my wrist ! I couldn't seem to stop smelling my wrist all day after that. Elie Saab Le Parfum is warm, sweet-is floral appeal which makes you think "hmmmm...have I smelled this before?" but you actually haven't.
Excerpt: Magnificent scent. I used to wear Michael Kors and loved that for many years but this has now replaced it. I get loads of comments. But why is it classified for a mature person? I don't understand that. Yes classy but mature makes it sound like it's for an old woman, which I don't agree with. I love my mother but I don't want to wear the same perfume as her.
Summary: Today I tried in the store perfume: Lancome tresorinlove, valentinabyvalentino, chloeedp and eliesaableparfumedp. My choice fell on eliesaableparfumedp. It's a fresh fragrance, elegant, clean, slightly green, and graceful. Silage and staying power are great. Spraying on my hand at 12pm then I wash my hand two times oh no maybe three times but it's still there. It's gone after I take a bath at 8pm. No wonder many users who voted for love on this perfume.
Summary: Le Parfum opens with a cheerful burst of florals, slowly settling through the air onto a pool of raw honey. The tartness of the orange blossom mingles with the sweetness of the honey to create a bright song mellowed down by a deeper, darker base. There is definitely patchouli at the bottom of everything else, but it's toned down until it almost gives off a hint of gingerbread. This is a lovely scent that embodies femininity without any effort.
