Summary: I have worn this fragrance since 2002, umpteen bottles later and I still adore it. I wear other fragrances but always have a bottle of this, it makes me feel comfortable, great for everyday and going out. I love the fact that it's feminine but also has a masculine air to it. I still get compliments on it after all these years and can't imagine ever getting bored with this fragrance.
Summary: I love love love this perfume! The adjectives i would use to describe it are: classy, feminime and elegant. It goes so well with my style. It is for women with style and elegance, so it is maybe not a beach party kind of perfume. If you are looking for a sweet girly perfume this is nothing for you. It has a very strong scent and it is also very "grown up". A minus for me is the price. It is so dang expensive! But it smells wonderful and that is the most important thing.
Summary: A husband's review... I'll make it short and simple. I bought this for my wife as a gift. She once told me that she feels really beautiful everytime she wears Coco Mademoiselle. That really meant so much for me coming from my wife. I'll be buying her this perfume as long as it's available. I am not saying that she needs a Chanel to be beautiful, because with or without it, my wife will always be the most beautiful woman in my eyes..
Summary: The opening until the middle is simply devine. It says class, sweetness, slightly innocent, elegant at the same time, and definitely make a statement in a reserved manner. However, personally im one of those person that cannot get along well with patchouli and this perfume drydown is screaming it out loud :( i guess its not for me. But anyone who can pull it off, this stuff can easily turn into a holy grail.
Summary: I've read so many good reviews for this fragrance. And seriously now, 300+ women calling it their signature scent? They can't all be wrong, can they? So I went to a Chanel store and sprayed the tester on my wrist without hesitation. I thought I was gonna regret doing so, but instead, I FELL IN LOVE. It was stunning, like nothing I have ever smelled before. Upon spraying, I get mandarin orange and bergamot. Citrus done in such a unique way.
Summary: Coco mademoiselle is nothing to write home about, if you were there when big sweet scents first hit the market. It is undeniably pleasant though, and well executed. Sillage and longevity are very good, the scent is not flat, but this is a given with Chanel scents, and at that price I would be sorely disappointed if CM was an exception to the rule. I enjoyed the advertising campaign, too, but experienced a kind of cognitive dissonance when first sampled the scent.
Summary: This one is on the MUST HAVE. It is a citrus feminine dream with a very nice drydown of musk and citrus. I put this one to feel young and sexy. Perfect daywear and emblematic of the sophisticated young woman, maybe in her 30's.
Summary: Charming, sweet and universally likable. This is a perfect scent for the office or for those who don't like to be "perfumed". Dry-down is rich and sensual, but remains flirty. I truly do like this scent, but find it a little too juvenile for me. You will get compliments galore, but it does not have the sophistication of someone who has lived. Of course, since it is Chanel, the quality is unsurpassed and is a nice staple in the wardrobe of a 20 something.
