Summary: Reminded me a lot of Daisy Oh So Fresh (similar notes in compositions). I had to compare! I got a sample vial today of Chance Tendre. I sprayed a perfume on each wrist and waited. Even though Oh So Fresh isn't a strong fragrance whatsoever, in comparison it is much more detectable on my skin. I struggled to smell the Chance, it is very subtle. They are surprisingly similar in the beginning, which is why I do like Chance.
Summary: This perfume doesn't smell anything like Chanel Chance. I expected it to be a lighter, sparkling version of Chance but, as someone else noted, it smells very similar to Marc Jacobs Daisy. I use this as perfume for work because I work with small kids and don't want to choke them with anything strong. In a word, boring. It's not unpleasant. Extremely flowery, and the jasmine certainly stands out.
Summary: Smells like Marc Jacobs Daisy to me, but with more lasting power. Doesn't smell like a Chanel scent at all, but I see what they are doing, appealing to GenY. That is fine; things evolve. Comforting clean fresh feminine smell, not super distinctive but still very nice. Freshness comes from the lack of patchouli, thank god for that. Wish it were cheaper though.
Summary: Chance Eau Tendre doesn't have an inch of that distinctive Chanel quality we all know, so it seems. This fragrance is almost a complete replicate of Live Platinum by Jennifer Lopez. You should have seen the Chanel representative's face when I openly pointed out this similarity. Going on smooth yet soapy, Chance eau Tendre has a somewhat synthetic edge.
Summary: This is very feminine and floral. The fresh scent is perfect for Spring/Summer. It's a pretty scent, but it's nothing special. Maybe it's because I own a lot of floral fragrances, this scent doesn't really stand out from other floral fragrances. It also doesn't last very long on me. After about 4-5 hours, the smell is gone. I guess my body chemistry doesn't really mix well w/ it. The scent got very boring after a while, so I will not purchase it.
