Summary: Something wrong happens when Body is on my skin - it becomes sour and extremely artificial. Just can't stand it. But it happens with others too - becomes flat, sour and artificial on my friends so it isn't just my skin reacting that way. I can't detect any vanilla, wood or rose - where is it?? Body just isn't for me. I'll survive.
Summary: The first notes is very similar to Yves Saint Laurent Baby Doll ( at least 80% the same of the first note of Baby Doll, without the feel of "fresh spicy, such as ginger" ). The whole smell is not sophisticated but also not very simple. Burberry Body + fresh spicy ( as the vibe of the fresh spicy of ginger ) = YSL Baby Doll Classy, feminine, clean, a bit calming, polite woody musky floral one.
Summary: I really like Body. I recently got the body creme and it's so voluptuos and warm I fell in love with the fragrance too. Body opens fruity and musky getting sweeter with vanilla and amber. I find it elegant and comforting at the same time.It has a very soft approach on skin like velvet. Longevity is about 6 hours on me and sillage is moderate.
Summary: I simply adore this perfume. I always feel sexy and pretty when wearing it. I definitely get the woody/musky scent, something sweet as well but I can't put my finger. It's not really vanilla. This is definitely a more grown up fancier perfume. I don't use this as a everyday perfume and instead for dates or any other special occasion perfume. You wouldn't want to spray too much because when wearing too much it becomes way over bearing.
Summary: I get a lot of vanilla, musk and peachy floral. I like it - a lot actually. Not sure if I love, but I can see this as part of my fall/winter wardrobe. It's hardy yet soft (but not delicate!), and that's part of its charm for me. The thing is, 1 spray is plenty. I do a single spray on my belly and it takes me through the day. (My typical application is at least 2 sprays - back of neck and/or crooks in my arm(s) with possibly another on my belly.
Summary: It's one of the only rose perfumes that I like - because it's subdued, soft and musky. I'ts modern and could be worn to work but it's also sexy and feminine. I wasn't expecting to like it, but I do. It has a slight soft turkish delight quality mixed with the earthiness of wood.
Summary: Like a cross between Coco Mademoiselle, Tresor (without the heavily truant tobacco notes) and Lady Million. I'm not a big fan of any of the above so it makes sense that I'm not a big fan of Burberry Body either.
