Summary: The opening is really good: orange, a white light pepper note and a strong tuberose, with a very nice jasmine developing. Then, after about two hours, it collapses on my skin to a shadow of its former glory: a nondescript musk-woodsy base that it quite uninspiring, in spite of an uninspiring floral background.
Summary: The only AdP fragrance I've ever had is the beautiful Fico di Amalfi, which I got a few months ago. It is now my intention to work my way through the entire range of these exquisite perfumes, and Gelsomino Nobile is next. I always seem to be attracted to perfumes with notes of jasmine, and as this is called Noble Jasmine, it's no surprise that I love it. I think the iris one will be next, but I just think these Acqua di Parma perfumes are class in a bottle.
Summary: A simply constructed blossom sweet fragrance from AdP, that would have succeeded if a little more creativity had been expended on the base. It opens with a deep, florally sweet accord, which is potent without being overbearing. It has a peachy, blossom quality which feels rich and balanced. Although there is little real development through the heart and base notes, it is the largely musk driven drydown that disappoints most of all.
Summary: The opening of Acqua di Parma GELSOMINO NOBILE is indeed a noble jasmine. Natural, lush, voluptuous. It's a sure buy-at-the-counter winner. Unfortunately, as the perfume dries down, the all-too-plebeian base shines through stronger and stronger, eventually completely clobbering what was the natural jasmine opening. Sorry to say: this is not cedar.
Summary: Acqua di Parma has always been my favorite fragance even thought this is a gift for my wife, we first came to know this fragance in Italy at a small shop in Rome, this is and Im not exagerating one of the most delicate and layered parfum that a woman can ware,it has in its most delicate form jasmine, and it is well balance not sweet or overpowering, also other sents of flowers it dries well and its like nothing you ever wore before,it simply gorgeous..
Summary: I purchased a bottle of this fragrance after receiving a sample of it. I was immediately hypnotized by the alluring abundance of sweet and spicy florals, mostly jasmine. The top notes are a beautiful blend of jasmine and tuberose and then it goes into a sweet but subtle mandarin middle note with a touch of citrus. There are also woody hints towards the last notes and a touch of very light musk in the end.
