Summary: I couldn't help but notice the number of good reviews for this cologne on various websites. I was hesitant to buy it because of the price, but my curiousity edged me on. It is a wonderful scent. Subtle, fresh, a little complex. The dry-down is undeniably powdery. I've never had this cologne before, yet the dry-down gave me a nostalgic smell that I just couldn't put my finger on. One day I had it on driving to work, and suddenly it hit me!
Pros: Clean & Fresh, Draws Compliments, Great Smell, Long-Lasting, Not Overpowering
Summary: My husband wore this fragrance when i met him 16 years ago. After a long pause with different fragrances, we decided to buy our old Minotaure. The smell is great and brought me back a lot of memories. Therefore, it has become his fragrance again.
Pros: Draws Compliments, Great Smell, Long-Lasting
Summary: Today, I am wearing Minotaure by Paloma Picasso. I wore it a lot back in the early 1990's when it was released: it was – and still is! - an oriental men's fragrance of a special kind. This special kind of oriental has to do with the world of ancient Greece and Rome. This very dry combination of sandalwood with powdery musk, vanilla and tonka bean gives me the impression of marble from Carrara – being processed by slaves in an ancient manufacture.
