Summary: I've been using habit rouge aux de perfume since I was a teenager. Traditionally I would go to a department store that had a guerlain counter. But in the last few years the guerlain representatives told me that aux de perfume wasn't being imported into the United States, and the strongest habit rouge strength they all had was the toilette water, that had barely any scent at all. Therefore I was happy to order and recieve the aux de perfume from amazon.
Summary: The blend of old wonderful things of history, art, architecture in the midst of a vibrant up to date population. The thing is, you don't choose Habit Rouge, Habit Rouge chooses you. And If you are chosen you are so very lucky. This fragrance is not for the faint of heart. It is a rich, riveting and romantic call to only the bravest of the brave who are not afraid of embracing tradition with a flair for the unusual and a great joy for living.
Summary: I wanted this fragrance for quite a while, love the smell of it, a friend introduced it to me and after I got it I recognized the smell very well. Guerlain EDP smells much nicer than EDT more of base contents than alcohol in EDT's.
Summary: Everything I considered in the EDT-Version „too loud“ has been „toned down“. But because of the higher concentration it has a longer and much more intensive silliage ´- at least on my skin. And the different notes are much more present, than in the EDT_mixture. It is more complex, with a much more pleasant dry-down – for my taste. Too me, it is the more „perfect“ Habit Rouge. I absolutely adore it....
Summary: Never Been Better :) I wish I had 1000 bottle of this Timeless Classic. Yes, Habit Rouge Beau Cavalier smells like Habit Rouge eau de parfum, but there is something about Habit Rouge Beau Cavalier makes me like it more!
Summary: I own both EDP & EDT. Between the two, I prefer the EDP, the EDT seeming more harsh, or raspy (comparatively). The EDP seems more refined, smoother. I've worn it a number of times, and am still trying to figure it out. Recently, I sprayed the EDP, sat down, listened to music, while I savored the scent's transitions over time. Then, for the first time, I sensed something familiar, but hadn't noticed before... I was thinking burnt vanilla, but, no, that wasn't quite it...
