Summary: Short and sharp here, a blind buy after reading reviews about silage and longevity as I look for those qualities ,well as much as I have tried to get the above it ain't happening splash on many times yet I get maybe 10 minutes then 'poof ' it's gone , should I persevere ?
Summary: Pi is one of my first fragrances and I cannot believe that I haven't reviewed this one long-ago. In a nutshell, Pi is a sweet, warm, vanilla scent with a touch of almonds and tonka bean; it's extremely gourmand and very nice. Pi (not the latest reformulation) lasts a good 8-hours on my skin and the projection is about average. It makes a perfect night-in/cuddle scent. I used to love this one--a lot--but I must confess that it has fallen-out of favor in recent times.
Summary: My girlfriend purchased me this on my birthday the first year we began dating, when I began getting into fragrances. I debated between this and Pi Neo, I chose this because it smelled richer, more refined, Pi Neo smelled like everything else on the market to me at the time. I love the gourmand fragrance that Pi is, I definitely get a feel of the aura of when this fragrance was made and dated back. A classic scent from the Givenchy House.
Summary: This may be the only vanilla I've ever smelled that feels like it would be worn by a woman who has an edge. It's sweet and feminine, but has a really masculine cologne start right out of the gate (give it time). After that, this becomes a fantastic vanilla without any booze, bourbon, heaviness, dolly baby candy girlishness, or tryhard so-sexy-yum-yum. This.
