Summary: Not a 5 star in my book but very good, (Luca Turin rated Eau Sauvage 5 stars but thats the EDT) I buy it because its an EDP and lasts longer. Still close to the EDT but not as heady. A Good fresh scent that can be used by both Men and Women. Somewhat citrusy but not markedly so. It brings to mind the color Green (funny its green in color!
Summary: Mellow, yet masculine, Eau Sauvage is a great fragrance for every man. It's not cheap, but it's worth every dollar that I spend on it. It's an old fragrance by Dior and my wife and others always ask me what I have on my face?
Summary: This was my absolute favorite men's cologne in the 60's when I was a teenager. I boy I dated always wore it and it drove me crazy! Over the years I had forgotten about it so recently when I was looking for something different for my husband I came across this classic and timeless scent and purchased it for him. I was a bit disappointed when I smelled it. It's not quite what I remembered.
Summary: Sweet myrrh and lemons, Eau Sauvage Parfum is another masterpiece by Dior. It's a linear scent that envolves you for a long time. Vetiver is really present, but not green and bright like in many fragrances. It's resinous but a little sweet at the same time. Big thumbs up!
Summary: I've enjoyed this cologne for several years now, it gets a lot of compliments from women and men, but why CD makes it so "subtle" to the point of completely disappearing amounts to a ripoff when you consider the expense. Getting caught in a light rain might fire it up a little, but (for me) all traces of it are gone in a couple of hours.
