Question Wireless Lan Card glitch?

A few days ago, I just reinstalled Windows XP home on my home laptop. It has a wireless network card, but I can not find the hardware. Only the 1394 network adapter is the one that pops up. The wireless and lan network adapters are not showing up. How do I recover my wireless lan card?

I strongly recommend that you re-install the drivers needed for the adapters. You can tell which of these devices need drivers by going to “My Computer”, right-click on it, select “Properties”, click the Hardware tab then click on the “Device Manager”. When something says “Unknown Device” or a yellow with black exclamation mark shows up, it means that a driver has to be installed. You can download and install these installers from your laptop’s manufacturer website by looking up your model compatible to the drivers.
