Default Unknown Partition, threat or not?

Is it ok that I delete an unknown partition in my pc? I jotted down the information I gathered from my laptop. Although, it doesn’t seem to be a threat.

I believe it is an amount left over after partitioning the drive originally. This maybe an older Windows service pack 1 installation. Your OS just could not recognize the full hard drive size, so it created a maximum partition. But, if you don’t have any problems even if it is there, you should probably not delete it. It’s just a small 204 MB. Just perform basic diagnostics like Anti virus and defrag. If ever you have encountered any problems regarding this, please do not hesitate to post it here.
