technical noise?

hi!
why does my laptop always make a technical noise? its always making a technical noise under the keyboard like a beeping technical noise does anyone have the same problem and whats wrong with it, its a new laptop too it gives me headache hearing this horrible technical high pitch noise..

That's sound like an internal problem, if it's still under warranty I'd call and see about servicing the unit...

if not under warranty, maybe you have a friend who can take a look at if for you for free?
