Default Solid State Drive or Hard Disk Drive?

I'm planning to upgrade my laptop's hard drive. Which is better, Solid State Drive or the normal hard disk drive? My laptop's been lagging at times. Ideas and suggestions are welcome. thanks

Hi there! I strongly recommend that you upgrade your laptop's hard drive with SSD. The latest is the 1.8 Inch ZIF-type high capacity SSD developed by Mtronstorage Technology. It has a Single Level Cell(SLC) flash memory that supports PATA (ZIF-type) interface. It has a maximum reading speed of 120MB/s and writing speed of 100MB/s. Another version is the 1.8 inch Multi Level Cell(MLC) flash memory with a maximum memory capacity up to 128GB, maximum reading speed of 110MB/s and writing speed of 40MB/s. Both are very durable, use less power, resist shock and vibration.
